Her piece was inspired by a prompt which asked her to create a symbolic self-portrait using only her silhouette and symbols that depict who she is or things about herself. Some of the details she included were the pages floating in the drawing, portraying her love for reading and writing, as well as the venus symbol, which represented feminism. Brown commented on the piece, saying, “I loved her composition and balance as well as her portrayal of herself in the piece.”
