Kim McPherson
Returning to the halls of FHS, Kim McPherson graduated in 1988. A falcon at heart, McPherson says she is excited by the opportunity to teach English and inspire future students.
Not only is McPherson an English teacher, but she’s also a water safety instructor at the Freedom Aquatic Center in Manassas. She started swimming when she was 3 years old.
McPherson plays the handbells because she enjoys the sound and it is the most beautiful instrument. She enjoys hiking and camping. One of her favorite places to hike was Ohiopyle State Park in Pennsylvania. It’s located up against the Youghiogheny River.
