Fresh Apple Cake

2 c. of sugar.
1 c. of vegetable oil.
3 beaten eggs.
3 c. of flour.
3 diced apples.
½ tsp. salt.
1 tsp. baking powder.
2 tbsp. vanilla extract.
1 c. of chopped nuts (of your choice).
¾ c. of raisins.

1. Preheat the oven to 300℉.
2. Mix all the ingredients together by hand in order of the ingredients.
3. Pour into a greased and/or floured tub or bundt pan.
4. Bake for 1 ½ – 2 hours.
