Student Rights

All students have the fundamental right to privacy. The Falconer makes every possible effort to balance the public’s right to know and an individual’s right to privacy. Staff members will ensure any student appearing in any publication, either in print or online, is fully aware of that fact and gives them a choice to opt-out. Any individual who would like to request their name to be removed from the website may contact the Editor-in-Chief at [email protected]. Current or former staff members may revoke their authorization to publish by filling out this form and submitting it to the Editor-in-Chief, or by mail to Fauquier High School at 705 Waterloo Road, Warrenton, VA 20186.
