Make Homemade Granola in 10 Minutes!
Many people want to eat a healthy delicious breakfast before starting their day but unfortunately don’t have a whole lot of time on their hands to prepare an elaborate breakfast. Luckily, making some nutritious, homemade granola and adding some yogurt or milk with any desired fruit is a great solution to this problem.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1/3 cup sliced almonds
2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp flax seeds
2 Tbsp shredded coconut
2 Tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions:
1 Mix all ingredients very well in a bowl.
2 Toast this mixture in a non-stick pan on the stove at medium heat, stirring constantly for 3-5 minutes.
3 Let the granola cool off and serve with fruit and yogurt/milk of choice!
