Homecoming 2022
Homecoming week is right around the corner, from September 12-16. It will be a spirit week, with some new themes to spice this year up!
The days are as follows:
Monday: ‘Merica Monday (wear red, white, and blue)
Tuesday: Anything but a Backpack Day (switch out your backpack for a unique item)
Wednesday: Generation Day (freshmen-elementary kids, sophomores-college attire, juniors-parents, seniors-senior citizens)
Thursday: Adam Sandler Day (dress in tribute to your favorite Adam Sandler character or movie)
Friday: Falcon Friday (freshmen-gray, sophomores-black, juniors-white, and seniors-red).
The Homecoming Parade will take place Thursday, September 15, with floats of each class and clubs. Meet on Main Street in Warrenton at 4 p.m. for line up, and the parade starts at 5 p.m. Voting for Homecoming Court will take place September 5-9. Check your emails for voting nomination instructions from Michelle Green.
There will be a pep rally on Friday September 16 during school, and they’re planning some different activities this year. Friday night will be the Homecoming Game against the Warren County Wildcats. The Homecoming Court is going to be recognized at the game.
Saturday, September 17 is the Homecoming Dance, taking place outside from 7-11 p.m. Tickets are $20 and go on sale Wednesday, September 7, before and after school in the annex, and during lunch. Make sure to complete the dance form on the FHS website, and have fun this week!
