Hey, my name is Lily Hayostek! I am a junior and I am a Staff Reporter. This is my second year at The Falconer. I enjoy taking pictures and being outdoors. When I get home from school I take care of my dog Smokey. He is a mix of a terrier and is my best friend! Outside of school, I like to hike, walk, draw, watch TV and paint outside. I have been playing soccer since I was 8 years old. I am excited to be a part of The Falconer this year!

"The second picture is part of my living room rug. There are starfishes on the rug, and I liked how the texture of the rug looked in the picture. I took this picture because the project was on what was in our daily life. So, I thought why not the floor because we walk all over it every single day. Also, I edited the photo a little to bring out the color."

"The first picture is a real jellyfish. It’s a dead jellyfish inside glass, and my family got it from a craft show. I took this picture because I thought tentacles of the jellyfish looked cool. Also, when I put it in front of a window it created more color and lines. This picture can be interpreted into something else because Mr. M thought it looked like tadpoles swimming. This is one of my favorite pictures."
