Editor’s Picks: The Best Buffalo Chicken Dip
This buffalo chicken dip is a great appetizer for any sports watching, show binging, or even small weekend get together. It can be eaten with a choice of veggies or chips.
Ingredients
Two (10 oz.) cans of chicken
One cup of Frank’s Hot Sauce, or Buffalo Sauce
Two (8 oz.) packages of cream cheese (softened)
One cup of blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing
Two cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Half a cup of chopped celery
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Shred the chicken. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, the dressing of choice, chopped celery, and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese.
In a separate bowl, blend together cream cheese and hot sauce.
Combine the chicken mix and the cream cheese mix and place it in a lightly greased casserole/baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
