Girls soccer defeats Millbrook 1-0, advancing to NWD semis
On Monday night, in the first round of the Northwestern District girls soccer tournament, the girls soccer team traveled to Millbrook High School seeking to avenge a loss and draw to the Pioneers earlier in the season. The team would do just that, scoring the lone goal of the match with less than 10 minutes left on the clock. With this win, the girls will now face defending Northwestern District champions, James Wood, with a regional tournament birth on the line. The Northwestern District semifinal matchup will take place on Friday, May 20th at James Wood High School.
