Q: “Do you pre-plan your outfits for the week?”
A: “No, just for the day. I try to fall asleep thinking about what I’m going to wear because it calms me.”

Q: “What goes through your head when picking out an outfit?”
A: “Comfort, weather and monochromatic colors because that’s how I normally [dress].”

Q: “Do you have any favorite or key accessories?”
A: “Shoes and scarves. I have a favorite scarf but I rarely wear it to school. It’s really cozy and comfy. It’s not really pretty but it’s soft.”

Q: “How would you describe your style?”
A: “Comfortable.”

Q: “When did your fashion style develop?”
A: “When I was a kid in the 70’s and 80’s. My mom liked to shop a lot. We pretty much [went shopping] every weekend.”

Q: “What is your favorite place to shop for clothes?”
A: “I have lots: Sundance, Target, Athleta and Old Navy.”

Q: “Who or what influences your fashion?”
A: “My mom.”

Q: “Do you think your style affects your teaching?”
A: “I would say no, but I guess it’s up to [the students] to decide.”
