Q: “How long have you been playing volleyball for?” A: “I have been playing competitively since 6th grade and have played all through high school.” Q: “What sports did you play before volleyball, or do you play any other sports now?” A: “When I was super little I did dance, cheer, and gymnastics, but that was when I was very little, before and during elementary school.” Q: “What have been your favorite moments in volleyball?” A: “Whenever we do team bonding things; sometimes we have dinner, or hangout at somebody’s house or we would go out and do something.”

Q: “Do you think the Fauquier Volleyball team is better than the other high schools?” A: “I think we have good chemistry and we play very well together on the court. Sometimes we just have our off days, but I do think we have the ability to go very far this season.” Q: “Do you plan on going pro one day?” A: “I do not plan on going pro.
Q: “Do you plan to play in college?” A: “I am not going to, I will only do a little club thing and that’s it.” Q: “Do you play volleyball for fun, or for the competitive side of it. If competitive, why?” A: “I play for fun, because I get to play with all my friends, but I do enjoy the competitive side of it. I would say everyone says, ‘It’s not about winning, it’s about fun.’ I feel like it’s more fun while it’s competitive because it makes you want to play the game.” Q: “How many days a week do you practice for fun?” A: “We have practices everyday, but for travel Volleyball, it’s 2 to 3 times a week, and we have tournaments on weekends.” Q: “Have you ever been nervous about losing but then ended up winning?” A: “Yes. For high school we always go to 5 sets, so it’s best from three out of five. But there’s games where we have to go to five sets because of how close it ends up getting.” Q: “Have you ever beaten the best team in your league if you’re in one?”
A: “No, the best team we played was James Wood, and they were state champions last year.”
